Thanksgiving is known for spending time with family and enjoying savory and sweet food. One of my favorite thanksgiving desserts is Butter Pecan Pound Cake, although this is good any time of year.
1 Box of Betty Crocker Butter Pecan Cake Mix
¾ Cups Vegetable Oil
1 Cup of Water
1 Can of Coconut Pecan Icing
Combine Cake Mix, Eggs, Oil, and Water
Beat until well mixed
Fold in the can of icing
Pour into a greased and floured bundt pan
Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes.
