Thanksgiving Recipe: Roasted Potatoes

My mom makes this the most, and she is who I got the recipe from.

Things you need:

  1. 1 bag of Klondike Rose (red) potatoes

  2. 1 stick of butter

  3. Salt

  4. Pepper

  5. Garlic Pepper Seasoning

  6. Dried Chives


  • Preheat the oven to 400F.

  • Wash and slice potatoes.

  • Place potatoes in a 9”x13” buttered pan.

  • Season with salt, pepper, and garlic pepper seasoning to taste.

  • Cut sticks of butter into pats and place on top of potatoes.

  • Sprinkle chives on top of potatoes.

  • Cover with aluminum foil.

  • Bake for 30 minutes.

  • Remove from the oven, remove foil, and stir.

  • Place back in the oven uncovered for 20 min. or until potatoes are tender and slightly browned.

  • Serve and enjoy.
