My favorite recipe we cook at home is meatloaf. Below are the instructions for my family’s meatloaf:


Ingredients


Ground beef (1lb ½

Worcestershire sauce

One egg

Bread crumbs

Ketchup

Chili sauce

Brown sugar


Instructions:


First, you want to mix thoroughly the beef, Worcestershire sauce, egg, and bread crumbs until everything is mixed together. After everything is mixed, you then shape the mixture into a loaf form. While you are shaping it, you want to get a meatloaf pan or a pan that will drain the grease. I prefer putting aluminum foil underneath the meatloaf pan to trap the grease. Then you will want to put it in the oven at 375oF for about 40 minutes. After all that is done, you want to take a paper towel to absorb the grease from the top of the meatloaf so you can add your glaze topping. To make the glaze topping you will need ketchup, chili sauce, and brown sugar. Mix all of those together and brush it on the top of the loaf. After it's on top, place the meatloaf into the oven for at least 3 or 4 minutes at 375*F on the top rack. Finally, you are ready to serve the meal. Enjoy!
