Cream Cheese Swirl Brownies

These cream cheese swirl brownies are a family recipe that my mom and grandma have made. It's a very sweet-tasting treat. This treat consists of three large eggs that are room temperature, Six tablespoons of reduced fat butter that are softened, one cup of sugar, three tablespoons of vanilla extract,½ cup of all-purpose flour, ¼ cup of baking cocoa, and finally one package or eight ounces of reduced-fat cream cheese. To prepare this, preheating the oven to 350 degrees will be the first step. The next step would be to separate two eggs by putting each of the whites in a different bowl. You will need to discard the yolks or save them but they are not needed. Then in a small bowl, beat butter and ¾ cup sugar until a crumbly consistency. Beat in the remaining whole egg and vanilla until well combined. Next, you will need to combine flour and cocoa and gradually add it to the egg mixture until blended well. Then pour this mixture into a nine-inch square baking pan make sure to coat it with cooking spray so this does not stick to the pan. In a small bowl beat the cream cheese and remaining sugar until smooth then add in the other egg white that you did not use. Next drop tablespoons of the mixture into the batter all over use the knife to make a swirl pattern in the batter. Finally, the last step is to bake for 25-30 minutes or until the set and edges pull away from the sides of the pan.
