Have you stepped outside and taken a deep breath of air? It should feel nice and refreshing, something that takes the edge off, not like any other drug. What if this oxygen had to be taken away from you in an instant? What if you felt your heart beat slowing down, gradually losing the ability to breathe in, while the carbon dioxide leaves your body, turning it into a shell? In the future, one thing is promised: death. Now you should ask yourself, what will you do to make your last breath everlasting? We are approaching a historical moment, everyone at each other's neck for the sake of their left or right beliefs. Generations of people are fighting against each other, large political entities are on the brink of war, and it’s not a threat to the opposition; it’s a threat to us! Our futures are being gambled away at the highest risk; either way, we will be left with nothing.
What will we do with the present, right now, to secure a spot in surviving the great psychological war? Many in Nepal and Mexico have already started. These people are frustrated and angry at the corruption and are taking it upon themselves to deal with it.
“If you’re saying these people believe that their government does not represent them and that they deserve a better life than the one they have, I think both statements are true for about 99% of humanity right now.”
They feel misrepresented, and they feel like they deserve the life they want to make, the future they have been promised, even if it wasn't theirs to begin with. They want the feeling of choice and the improvement of their community. These tyrants use their wealth selfishly, leaving poverty neglected, and that’s what it needs to grow.
Take it upon yourself to look out for these problems, because we are not far off from these people. Gen-Z is slowly waking up, and it’s only a matter of time before something happens. For your future, for your world, and family. The smallest thing you can do to change the world will matter at the very end.
