Thanksgiving Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

12 eggs

6 tablespoons of mayonnaise

2 teaspoons mustard

2 teaspoons dill pickle juice

salt and pepper.



I got this recipe from my family. It's a recipe we make every year.

  1. Boil 12 eggs for 10 minutes.

  2. Cover the pot, turn off the heat and let sit for another 5 minutes.

  3. Drain the hot water and let eggs sit in a pot of cold water for 10 minutes.

  4. Remove eggs and peel.

  5. Slice eggs in half, remove yolk to a smaller bowl.

  6. Place egg whites on a plate.

  7. Mash yolk, add 6 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 2 teaspoons mustard, 2 teaspoons dill pickle juice, salt, and pepper.

  8. Stir and add a spoon of mixture to each egg white.

  9. Sprinkle tops with paprika for garnish.
