Slow Talkers

I hate when people just don’t stop talking, especially when in a conversation. It’s like they are talking to a wall, they don’t consider the other person. Someone could be trying to get a word in and yet it's impossible. The other person just keeps talking, they don’t shut up long enough for you to even attempt to blink before another word falls out of their mouth. It’s hard to have a conversation with people like this because it’s not even a conversation. It’s a one-sided talk. When they butt into a conversation and turn it into one of theirs like you weren’t talking just 5 seconds ago…AND when they say “I hate when people interrupt me, it is a pet peeve of mine” AND YET they do it themselves ALL the time, nonstop. Like why are you such a hypocrite? Do you need that much attention, what is wrong with you?

It’s even harder to have a conversation with people who drag on every word they say. They just keep going in this dead voice and they don’t put any actual emotion into their voice to grab your attention. They just kill me a little on the inside, it makes me wanna throw something at them. Oh, and could you try to add a little more emotion to your voice, please?
