Texas Sheet Cake Cookies are great for a night of making cookies for no reason. They are very rich and sweet, but make for an amazing dessert.

1 box chocolate cake mix
2 whisked eggs
⅓ cup of oil
Frosting:
½ cup of butter
2 tablespoon cocoa
3 tablespoon milk
2 ½ cups powdered sugar
Directions:
Cookies:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Combine cookie ingredients in a large bowl and mix until completely incorporated, dough will be thick.
Use a medium sized cookie scoop ( or a heaping tablespoon ), and scoop cookies onto a parchment lined cookie sheet.
Bake for 7-8 minutes, remove from oven and let cool on cookie sheet for 4-5 minutes before moving them to a cooling rack. Repeat until all of the dough is baked.
Frosting:
Combine ½ cup of butter, 2 tablespoons of cocoa, and 3 tablespoons of milk in a small saucepan on medium heat and whisk until the mixture has melted. Remove from heat add 2 ½ cups of powdered sugar and whisk until smooth.
