Show week for the school production of West Side Story is finally here and the full cast is working hard in preparation to put on the best show possible. The week started off on Sunday with a tech rehearsal from 2-8 in the auditorium. We teched the show with lights and microphones then ran through as many scene changes as possible. Monday night we had a rehearsal from 4:15-9 where we ran through the show with costumes, microphones, lights, and scene changes then we fixed anything that didn’t go as plan. Tuesday night was our dress rehearsal where we ran the show without stopping and hoped for the best since we take a break on Wednesday. Thursday is our first show so we will be working hard during class to make sure everything is perfect. Friday is the in school performance as well as another night time performance so it’s a very big day for us. We finish off the week with our final production on Saturday night at 7 pm in the PHS auditorium. We hope that every one of the audience members thoroughly enjoys the musical and that they gain something from it. Our night time shows are at 7 pm in the auditorium. Tickets are $3 for the in school performance on Friday and general admission for night shows is $8 while student admission is $5.
