Christmas is approaching and the Knoxville community has many merry events coming up that you may want to attend. There are many free and inexpensive events that you and your loved ones can enjoy. Here is a list of the upcoming Christmas parades in Knoxville and the surrounding communities.
Powell Christmas Parade: Dec 1st at 5 p.m. beginning at Powell Middle School
Sevierville Christmas Parade: Dec 1st at 11 a.m. starting in the parking lot of Sevierville Baptist Church
Gibbs Christmas Parade: Dec 2nd at 2:30 p.m. beginning at Gibbs High School
WIVK Knoxville Christmas Parade: Dec 7th at 7 p.m. It will begin on Church Avenue near the Coliseum. It will include bands, dancers, floats, and Santa Claus.
Gatlinburg Christmas Parade: Gatlinburg’s 43rd annual Fantasy Of Lights parade will starts at 7:30 p.m. on Dec 7th beginning at Baskins Creek Bypass. The event includes bands, balloons, dancers, and Santa Claus. The event is free, but attendees have the option to purchase bleacher seating for $20.
Rocky Top Christmas Parade: Dec 7th will start at 7 p.m. beginning at Lake City Elementary, this year's theme is “ Songs Of Christmas “.
Halls Christmas Parade: The parade is on Dec 8th at 6 p.m. starting at Halls High School. Parade includes floats and music.
Blount County Christmas Parade: The annual Christmas parade is on Dec 8th and will start at 11 a.m. beginning at 11 a.m.
Clinton Christmas Parade: The annual event is on Dec 15th at 6 p.m. at Market and Collum streets in Clinton.
Dandridge Christmas Parade: The parade will begin at 1 p.m. on Dec 22nc at Maury Middle School.
