An announcement was recently made regarding our student population and Bojangles. Students have apparently been fooling around causing trouble in the mornings and afternoons by disturbing the Bojangles’ customers and the employees. Bojangles has told the administration, “Although we appreciate your visits after school, we are now only allowing students that are purchasing products to have the opportunity to visit our store. If you are not purchasing anything, we are now asking that you do not come on our property. This also includes the parking lot. Should you visit and not purchase and we deem that you are causing a disturbance, we will now call law enforcement and ask that you be escorted from the premises. Please keep in mind that this is to ensure that our customers feel that they are safe and in a harassment free environment. If there are any questions or concerns, please feel free to talk to management at Bojangles. This is your one and only warning and does include after school hour activities.” It is ridiculous that Bojangles has been pushed to the point that they have to make an announcement like this. We are in high school, grow up and act like it. You’re embarrassing your peers, your administrators, your school and your community by your actions. Not only are you ruining opportunities for yourself but for other people as well. If you can’t behave yourself that’s on you, but don’t ruin it for the rest of us.
