We’ve all had our lowest points in life. We’ve all been at that point where we can’t be bothered to even get out of bed, or to eat, or to talk to anyone your friends because you feel like anything you want to do would just be pointless. We feel nothing but numb, and some people will do everything they can to just feel something real again. Many people think that they will never be able to feel again, and decide that taking their own life will solve their problems.
Believe it or not, but things really do get better. There’s one thing you need when you’re feeling like this: Time. Time and patience are the two most important things that can help you in any situation. Think to yourself, “Will this situation affect me in ten years?” Whatever is bothering you in this moment probably won’t even matter next week. Think of all the bad things that happened to you in the past, and how you thought to yourself that life is never going to get better for you. But here you are now, living and breathing. People don’t like to wait and let life just fall into place, but it is honestly the best thing that can help make you feel better. Let the tears out, then get some food and take a very long nap. Things are going to get better.
